anyone know how i can spice up a chicken salad, or tuna salad. i dont like olive oil.

diet is starting now so need to cut down on bread, i notice since i eat bread my belly has got bigger.

well most salad sauces don't have bread in them!
What about balsamic vinegar?
Jamie Oliver does a low fat caesar dressing http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/caesar-on-the-light-side On seafood salad, I oftn use a splash of toasted sesame or avocado oil with soy sauce. It`s really nice and tangy. You could just use the soy if you don`t want the oil.
us a diff oil - walnut, rape, avocado & make a vinaigrette.
Try canned salmon instead of tuna and add some thickly chopped dill pickle and a little pickle juice along with some finely chopped mild onion...

Alternately, for either chicken or tuna, use some unflavored Greek style yogurt instead of mayo...

Lastly, try serving it on a dark rye bread that's been ever so lightly toasted...
