When should I pick my sweet peppers? they are the very long ones, should I wait for them to turn red or will they turn red if I pick them and bring them indoors? the greenhouse is not heated and it gets cool overnight.

You should ask Peter Piper.
Errr are there not different pepper varieties that go different colours ?
If they are supposed to go red I'd be inclined to leave them.
Or you could bring some in and see if they fare better.
I think any fruit gets it's best flavour when left to get ripe on the plant. I don't think peppers are an exception.

Thank O_G I did ask Peter Piper but he only deals with the pickled variety, and thanks jomifl, I think I will just have to leave them and hope for the best, and hope we get no early frost.
I leave mine on the plants until I want to use them and they can stay in the unheated greenhouse until the end of October.
