Hi folks, does anyone know the make of the ring tin which was used for that delish cherry and almond cake - I am sure I had seen it mentioned in an article in one of the papers following the programme. Have got a couple of versions on my Amazon wish list, but not it's the right one. And I don't think it was a fluted tin - is that correct? Thanks, Chox.
