Has anyone booked a hotel thru lastminute.com for a secret hotel? They look good, but I would like a recommendation. Thanks

Lastminute.com gets a lot of bad reviews, e.g. here:
https://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.lastminute.com?page=2
(See the posts from Mr & Mrs Kong and Hannah Griffiths for conflicting views about booking 'secret hotels').

However some people who book 'secret hotels' are delighted with what they find:

if you type in the description of the secret hotel into google, you can find out which hotel anyway

Thanks
They can be slightly economical with the truth about locations. I have booked two - one was described as "opposite Canary Wharf". It was in Rotherhithe on the south side of river - a 10 minute walk and a boat ride from Canary Wharf. The other was described as "near Westminster" but was close to lambeth station on the south bank of the river. Both were nice hotels but a lot more hassle to get to than expected.
I booked a secret hotel in. London and managed to work out which one it was. It was a perfect location for us and a bargain too. I wouldn't risk it otherwise.
