Emblaze Sting mobile phone uploading to PC

I have this phone connected via rs-232 link to PC. Loaded the SyncTool software, I click on the SyncTool icon it seems to detect the PC (too quick to see) the phone shows PC connected. But I can't work out what I do next to get pictures from the phone into a folder on the PC. The Help file just says open computer go to file you want to use.....

I have tried 4 different phones and cd roms

Anyone able to help?, pulling my hair out I am obviously not doing something but what.......

Finally fixed....

It just wouldn't work on my old PC runningWindows ME. Brought a serial to USB converter and loaded all the software on my Laptop running Windows XP and all works fine. If only they shipped this NEW phone with a USB cable I would have been up and running months ago, and not having to pay an extra �15 for the converter, oh well.....
