i dont know if i have put this in the right section. I am doing a business planning project for college and i need to get a mortgage estimate. a member of my class told me to look on google, i have but the website that she used i cannot find. if anyone knows of an mortgage estimate website (i know it has a purple background) that i can use or another one - i would be grateful for all suggestions.

Most of the big building societies and banks have mortgage calculators on their web sites.

Try www.moneysupermarket.com. It will give you a bit more information about different types of mortgages and some examples of how different types of mortgages affect payments, terms, etc. Might get you some extra brownie points!
