pinnacle studio 500-version 10

have just bought a camcorder & the software with it was pinnacle studio version 10,now i've installed it, i don't seem to able to open photo explosion deluxe at all, never had any troble opening photo explosion until i installed the pinnacle! has anyone else had this problem? or got any experience of it? have tried all sorts but now am stumped! any help or feedback would be very gratefully appreciated.

looking at the thread before this, wideboy suspected that you might need a patch for the pinnacle software...visit their website and download the latest patch or and upgrade...or else change your photo editing software...just a suggestion...good luck

have exchanged pinnacle for premier elements 2 and not having any problems with this up to now,(keep fingers crossed!)
