I would really appreciate any help with the answer to the following clue which I simply cannot figure out!! The answer is a Scottish town or village with 8 letters. The clue is: -
"red fruit, remove to can".

Thank you very much for that swift response dannyk13. However, I believe the answer is supposed to have 8 letters which, sadly, rules out Tomatin. Any other ideas?!
