Panasonic Dvd Recorder

our panasonic recorder no longer works . The window shows A1. Is
there anyone that knows what might be wrong and how I can put it
right. Any help would be really appreciated.

Mine`s always playing up. Sometimes there is no data at all. I would try turning it off at the socket and then back on again.

Have tried disconnecting and connecting again- no change unfortunately.

cannot find a reference to my problem.

When you go into Guide, can you see the tv programmes listed?

What is the exact model number of the DVD recorder?
What make and model of TV is it hooked up to?

Thanks for response Michael. recorder is DMR-EZ27EB and a Samsung
television. Could it possibly be interference t do with 4G we have lost three freeview channels.
