Panasonic Tx26Lxd52 Viera Television Help Please.

On the Panasonic TV what is the SV (round socket} used for ,also on the back there are to inputs {red and white} can I use these to connect the TV to my Hi Fi stereo amplifier .
I have downloaded the pdf file but unfortunately due to my illness I am finding much difficulty,I have had the television for a couple of years but I felt it was time to try a few of the sockets hence the questions friends

The diagram on page 6 of the instruction book shows a circle with an arrow coming OUT of it by those audio (phono) sockets, so they are indeed available for use with an external amplifier.
There doesn't seem to be an 'SV' round socket shown. Perhaps it has replaced the the group of three phono sockets, shown in the manual to the right of the three Scart sockets, which accepted a video INPUT from a suitable external device? (As Tuvok suggests, it might be for S-VHS, which many devices were equipped for but hardly anyone ever seemed to use!)

Buenchico. thank you so much for your input ,I have tried the sockets on the back there is no sound ,normally I plug in the amplifier through the headphone socket on the front and the tape deck outputs on my HiFi which,works ok but I did see the audio red and white on the back that is the reason I wanted to try them.Any ideas please .

I now see that I've been looking at the connections on the BACK of the set (see page 6 of the manual), whereas there are also sockets at the FRONT (p.39). I'd expect both sets to produce audio output but, if one doesn't, try the other.
I can't see anything within the sound menu (p.12) that's relevant but it might be worth playing with anyway!
