My knowledge of Tablets is very limited. However, it might help those who are Tabletiers to provide an answer, if you indicated the Mail Service which you are using.

are your settings correct ? ie pop and smtp incoming and outgong ? my outgoing changed itself somehow and I ad to re-enter the info !
