HI all. Got a job interview tomorrow. Am so nervous. Know I will clam up when they want me to ask a question. Any suggestions of what I can ask?

If you really cant think of anything, then ask them waht sort of package they offer, such as pension, health care etc - try to think about it like this - if you dont get it you wont have to see them again if you do (which I am sure you will) then you have impressed them.

I interviw people on a regular basis, be natural it doesnt matter if you take a while to answer a question, better a good thought out answer than a quick not so good one.

Good Luck E x

Thank you Eleanor for your advice. I will do my best and hope nerves dont get the better of me!

Thanks Saffy, I havent attended an interview for a while, so maybe that why I am getting myself in such a tizzy over it. Have not worked for a while, as I have been bringing up my 4 children as a lone parent. But as I said to Eleanor, I will do my best. Thanks for you advice.

minxie,

one more thing, dont underestimate the skills youve acquired bringing up kids, i have only brought up one as a lone parent and beleive me, you will have loads of time management skills, and others, that will easily be transferred into the workplace..if you dont get this one, your interview skills can only improve with confidence.been there, done that lol.let us know how you get on!

Thanks again Saffy, I guess my confidence has taken a nose dive. But will let you know how I got on. Thanks again for your help.
Whether they enjoy working there - of course they'll say yes but it'll seem like you're fairly confident in being able to get the job and that you're interested in enjoying a job rather than just doing for the money or whatever...
