JJC:
When posting questions like this, PLEASE tell us which operating system your computer is using. (Windows 7? Windows 8?). It makes it easier to provide a meaningful answer.

In MOST versions of Windows, any program can be quickly located from Start > Programs (or Start > All Programs). However it might be different in Windows 8 (which seems to be designed to make things harder!).

just after phoning the guy from the computer company and I asked him what symbol would the Bullguard would be - now he tells me when he took it back yesterday he forgot to put the Bullguard on again and he has "run" out of them and will bring me one over on Monday - what a fiasco. Was dreading getting a new computer since I am not computer-literate at all. JJCon
Was this a computer bought from a large store or a back street computer geek?
Question Author
from a computer store - last computer that lasted for about 6-7 years was from a computer geek so there ya go.

When I leave computer for about an hour or so No Signal comes up but then site comes up when I hit a key. Also to me the box/hard drive is still too warm but maybe it is my imagination. Youtube is not working - coming up on the page "error occurred". Too much wrong imo. Guy coming over on Monday so we will see.
