He apparently spent millions greasing palms to ensure the World Cup came to Qatar. Does his patriotism outshine his naughty methods?

Sounds very dodgy sandyroe, crossing palms with silver seems to be an old trick in Qatar. If an inquiry decides it is underhand cheating that will be the end of Arab World cup football venues. But how many palms will be crossed to achieve the required result? Too hot there anyway imo, and that would mean changing the dates for the games to take place in any case?
