Mobile Phone Call And Text Costs Uk To Iceland

My friend is going to Iceland for a couple of weeks at the end of this month and I would like to be able to keep in touch with her.
Can someone please tell me how much a mobile call and / or a text message would cost (a) for me to send and (b) for her to receive - including roaming charges. Also what would the charges be from Iceland to the UK?
I am assuming that there will be a reasonable signal in Reykjavik but not "up country".
We are both on EE payg.

My belief is that it will cost you squat diddly to phone or message her, likewise, it won't cost anything to receive a message however, it will cost her to answer your call, and even more to phone you altho messaging will be less expensive.
Not sure what the rates are in Iceland, you'd have to check with EE.
