Hotkeyutility

I have a box opened on my pc, (running Windows 7 on IE) from HotkeyUtility which says Out of Memory. i've googled it, but haven't found anything very useful. It appears to bewhen one uses a comation of keys, which i hardly ever do, I use my mouse for most things. How do I fix this?Thanks for any help.
