Incoming emails

Can anyone tell me why i am able to send out emails, but not get any back ,from people who have sent several,
I am not receiving any at all.

I am using outlook express.

it could be the e-mail settings perhaps - some ISP mail servers have the same for incoming and outgoing, for example (using bt as this example) mail,bt.com or pop3.bt.com ,. some however have different for outgoing such as smtp.bt.com , if you go into outlook express, tools , accounts, click on the e-mail account and then properties - then servers, this shows what has been set up - you could then look on google for your ISP mail settings to double check - is this a recent problem or has it always been like this?
Sorry just seen the note below, looks like its a recent thing and the settings may have been changed.if you can change them back to how they were (perhaps restore the system to a day or so back) and then you should be able to receive any mails.

Thanks for your replies, but it seems like the trouble was with orangehome, I used to be with Wanadoo, but they went over to orange, and there have been a few problems,

I am thinking of changing my broadband to another server.

Have any one else had trouble with orange.
