I saw two Policemen in a Patrol car today...neither were wearing any seatbelts, and one was smoking ! Anybody else see this sort of thing before !

A police officer is considered to be 'on duty' any time they are in uniform even if they are going on to or coming away from the actual shift.

Yes, it is under the Smoke free (Exemptions and Vehicles ) Regulations 2007, in force from July 1st , 2007

ive seen them on their mobiles, its do as i say not as i do !
