Help With E-Mail Set Up From Own Domain

I've recently purchased a domain with allows me to set up e-mail accounts on it, eg info@domaon, sales@domain, service@domaim, these will then forward to my main hotmail e-mail.

My question is how can I send e-mails from those individual accounts - info@domain, etc. Without sending them from my main hotmail e-mail?

What would be the cheapest way of doing this?
