As they are unlikely to be honey bees I doubt the BBKA will help.

Is there a reason you want to be rid of the bees Fraser?
That's quite a stutter you have.

I don't know what protection is placed on your species of bees but surely the idea would be to fumigate, remove any nests, and block with something they can not easily gnaw back through. Cement maybe ? Are you sure they can't get into the shed and then though the floorboards ? In your shoes I'd check the local DIY sheds for bee/wasp/hornet repellant.
other people are making bee-friendly places to encourage them. why don't you want them?
Bees and wasps are our Friends. You are lucky that they chose your shed. Return their love by letting them B.

Why don't you want them? Are you sure that they are bees?
Be glad they're there. Just ignore the and let them get on with their little lives.
I'm with Tilly. If you don't annoy them, they won't annoy you!
Paint/varnish shed - The smell will deter them. Or leave an open paint smelly can under shed.
If theyre honey bees, set up a hive & earn £££££s. Check Youtube for how to make bee hives
