I've tried to look online with no joy so thought I would ask on here.
My partner is selling his house in view of us buying a house together.
he has received a solicitor's letter today with regards the house sale with mention of the CSA which is rather vague. he has phoned to ask but everyone from that dept had of course gone home . :O/ and he will now be worrying about it until monday.
Would the CSA wants any proceeds from his house sale? He is up to date with payments to the CSA so no debt to them.
Also he was buying his house long before he met his ex and had his children.
His ex had nothing to do with the house and she and the children never lived there.
