Hi please can anyone help at 60 years old female type two diabetics no pills diet controlled I am so becoming very depressed it seems even though I go to the loo every morning I have impacted bowels still have started taking a senna tablet every night and a sachet of fybogel , but I am suffering constant attacks of chronic pain and wind like nothing else I am amazed that a woman of my size can produce the noise amount of wind , it has also caught me unawares that standing up or any kind of movement I have no control over this is so embarrassing . Please is there anyone that can help I will try and am open to any ideas this is so affecting my daily life, help.

Sounds like diverticulosis. You need a high fibre diet but also need to see you GP to have the diagnosis confirmed.

you need to see your gp. Is the bloating there all the time?
also, are there any other symptoms?
Do you still have the 'impacted bowels'?
also, is the bloating permanent or come and go?
