Any Paper Makers Out There ?

Does anyone make high quality hand-made paper ? I have a lot of linen tea-towels at the end of their useful lives, and I gather that linen can be used for paper making. Anyone know if there's a speciality craft papermaker who could use them ?

Seriously, I'd pass this along the Oxfam route, as they (and most big charities) deal directly with the rag trade. Any unsaleable textile is sold on, and the rag totters then sort, grade and re-process appropriately.
