I wanna read my Word documents on my iPad, but I really don't know what I can do. Any convenient solutions?

I know little about iPads but surely there is an app you can download for it ? Have you tried the apple store ?

Microsoft has released Office for iPad today. There is a free version on the iTunes store

The free version will indeed enable you to READ Word documents but you'll need to pay £80 per year (for an Office 365 subscription) if you want to EDIT them with Microsoft's own software. Use QuickOffice instead:
