Finished, but can anyone parse this clue for me, please: 9 ac Carry on about heading for Harwich, far off accommodation for ships. (8) Looks like WHARFAGE from the letters I've got. And I get the W(H)AR bit, but how does the rest of it work?

heading for Harwich = h
far off = anagram of far
W h arf age
carry on is WAGE, H(arwich) FAR anag.
