Yes, it is. I downloaded a zip file containing 250 games for my Sony Ericsson K700i, and once they're unzipped, you can send them to your phone.

Got mine from Limewire. I just did a search for "K700i games". The particular file I got contained around 250 games, some good, some not so good. My favourite is Puzzle Bobble :)
