Who's going to win? I'm rooting for Dean. I think Daksha is great but cracks under pressure and is not a great team player, Peter has a fantastic food knowledge but again cracks under pressure. Dean despite his lack of experience, has raw talent and is still willing to learn. Each test is a learning experience for him. I can't wait for tomorrow night! Whoever wins, they have all done well to get this far.

Dean to win... does anyone know what happened to last years winner? Was she called Tommy or something?

I love the programme and am enjoying this series better than the last one. I am rooting for Dean, he is a great team player and I think would get the most out of winning. Daksha and Peter have done well to get this far. Daksha certainly is superb at cooking food from her native country. Peter is excellent at the French stuff. However if Dean does not win I am confident he will be offered a job in one of the restaurants he had done a test in. I shall certainly be watching tomorrow evening. Go Dean, go !!!!!!

I'd love to see Dean win.....he's young and has his entire career in front of him. He will learn quick and succeeed.

However, something tells me it will be that moody cow Daksha.

The girl who won it last year worked in America for a while and someone told me she is currently writing a book....good luck to her.

It surely must be Dean. Peter will have lost a lot by being laid up ill on the QE2, and Daksha flaps a bit and is even showing traces of unpleasantness.

MasterChef is in my top 5 favourite programmes of all time. Originally I was attracted (?) to it by the revolting spectacle and noises of John "Toad" Torode and "Greggs Pasty" Wallace chomping and churning as they tasted the contestant's offerings, plus the wonderful insults like "You have ruined a simple risotto" and "You didn't have a masher. You want lumps in it ? You've succeeded. You HAVE made lumpy mashed potato".

But now I find I like them both....

Well, that was a surprise. I had daksha to win with Dean coming a close second and Peter last.

Then again, we don't see the whole of the time they spend in the kitchen and we don't taste the food.

Best of luck to Peter
