I need to make a cheesecake for tomorrow.
Will I be able to make it today and keep it in the fridge, or am I best leaving it and making it fresh tomorrow morn?
It's banoffee.

Thanks :)

yes, it will keep in the fridge. I think that most cheesecakes, baked or unbaked, taste better on the second day as the flavours blend. If you are decorating it with banana slices do that just before serving as banana goes brown quickly.

Brilliant, thank you :-)
Think about the cheesecakes on sale in the supermarkets. They can sit on the shelf for a week or so. Even better in a fridge. Enjoy!
indeed heathfield but have you looked at the ingredients in that long shelf life cheesecake?
