I joined a gym some weeks ago, and since then I have had to wear a smaller cup size bra.
I told the instructor, and she said no way can you lose breast tissue.
She informed me you can lose inches off your back, but not your breasts.
I refute this, because I am sure over the years mine have change shape. More than once.
Thoughts anyone, please ?

Whilst you can't actually 'firm up' your breasts, you can firm up the muscles that support them, as well as the muscles in your back. It's not all "breast tissue" though, is it. We all have a layer of fat around the body.
On the bra size subject Myself and my partner get very annoyed looking in H&M as they hardly ever have cup sizes above C size this leads us to believe either all the women in our area are all d size and above so H&M run out quickly OR they buyers don't consider anyone over a C cup
I did take this up with the chairman of their parent company and the person dealing with it Said " they would look into it for their new season " in other words we don't care what our customers want
I don't agree, you only have to look at before and after pics of any female body builders,
Before , they have boobs
after all the workouts, they are virtually flat chested.
Certain exercise therefore must do something to your cup size.
