How do I reduce a Msoft Publisher image to Email?

Hello, I've designed a flyer for an event using various images and text, on Microdoft Publisher (office 2003). When I use the "send this as an email" function it either sends the actual A4 size (which is too big to view), or offers to send it as a file.

Does anyone know how I can reduce it to be sent as a viewable image within an email. (For instance, so I can talk about the event, then say "see below.....)

Any help much appreciated.

Go to Save As ... and change the file format to Web Page (under Save as type) then email that version. Otherwise you might have to take a screenshot with the Prnt Scrn key on the keyboard.

Cheers Wideboy,

Had a bit of trouble with this. Ended up saving the whole document as a picture in "my pictures". Then hit Insert when I was in a email screen and inserted the "picture" from file.

Thanks again.
