How do people answer so quickly? It takes me ages to work out the answers with a pencil and a piece of paper.

I look at see who's answering before I have a stab. If dannyk's around, or jo, or LIK (to name but a few)

If they are around I don't even bother looking. No chance against the greats.

I don't use a pencil and paper, though - I work it out in the answer box before I press submit, that saves .. ooh.. seconds.
