hi all i'm 5 months pregnant and have not had any morning sickness but have morning nosebleeds any suggestions on how to stop them?

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do to stop this. It's a common side effect of pregnancy - something to do with our veins dilating due to blood flow increasing etc. It's a case of doing (or not doing the obvious) - blowing nose too hard. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.
