Can anyone recommend a Mobile Phone provider that really does provide a genuine 'Customer Care Service' ? I've just spent xx hours with 5 calls to a leading UK Provider, every time, promised a return call. Well actually the 5th guy said he'd sorted it, still not sure, as mobile is still showing a zero balance, despite a promise 'that all was/is now well'. And I can't use the 'thing' at all.
He did say it may take up to 7 days to sort it. [Customer Care ? I don't think so, sounds more like Dick Turpin!].

Indeed! it's ee / t-mobile. And still not getting any sense.
They will not even accept emails, stating the site is under improvement, with various other options, but they will not answer any of them. looks as if I may have to resort to 'pen & paper', think it's called 'snail mail'. From other searches, it appears they are well known for poor customer service.
I've been with 02 forever, had no problems with their customer service.

Thanks / Diolch Boxtops ... Sister in law would not agree re o2, she seems to have £1 deducted at random, and can't get any sense as to why, but they do refund it!! btw ... After 8 calls to 150 [t-mobile], finally sorted it out, but that is not customer service at all - is it?
