Glass kitchen worktops

Hi
I'm about to have a new kitchen fitted and am considering glass worktops. Does anyone have these and can tell me if they are any good? It says they are toughened glass but I don't know how easy it is to chip them if I drop something on them. Also are they easy to keep clean or do they show smears and marks?

I think so. Anyone got these clean easily.Moreover,everything is going very well and she has finally chosen the style of kitchen, granite worktops.
