However, I would add ... if you get a chance to see Nerina Pallot somewhere near where you live ... go and see her. She's brilliant.

I saw her at the Shepherds Bush Empire. She was fab.

She's touring again this year, but playing at the Royal Festival Hall, so I'm not going. I don't like big venues like that.

I saw Sophie Ellis Bextor on Tuesday this week at Bush Hall, which is a great venue. Tiny and intimate.

Of course, the best gig venue on the planet is the Concorde2 in, err ...

... where is it again? ... thinks, thinks ...

... oh yes, Brighton.

unfortunately Edinburgh seems to get by passed in favour of the SECC in Glasgow..huge arena...prefer smaller theatre gigs...
