I was watching Smallville on E4 at 6pm today. I'm confused, does Lana know about Clark? Why have they split up?

It was the one where Clark and Lex's Dad swapped bodies, but i only saw the end. Clark and Lana had split up and Lana was going out with someone called Jason?
