Can't Connect Lenovo Tablet To Wi-Fi

Have just bought a Lenovo Yoga tablet. It will not connect to wi-fi. After putting
in my password it says Authenticating, authentication problem, then saved secured with WPA/ WPA2. but then says no wi-fi connection

Are you putting in the password correctly?

Same thing happened to me recently and it was because I was entering the password all in lowercase.

Thanks ummmm. Yes definitely. I've tried about 12 times, and even displayed the password to check it. It works fine on all my other devices

All sorted. Tried the "passphrase" on the modem and it worked
