Where Did This Twittube Come From??

I was just looking at my future Tv on the Argos website when this thing popped up,calling itself freeTwittube.The bar took over the lower third of the screen with recommendations from eBay as to what I was looking at.
It was easy enough to get rid of,but I don't want it!!!
I don't want the blooming thing popping up all the time.I will stamp my foot in a minute!
Anyone else come across this?
How can I block it?
Bring back the good old catalogue!
