Hello everyone!!
I live on the Wirral (NW England) and have just got Virgin TV and internet, but they say there are problems with service at the moment and the engineers are on it and it will be fixed by.......FRIDAY!!!!!!
Yikes!
It is one of those problems that cuts service every few moments,so OH who is trying to play online on his PS3 is not a happy chappie and I am fed up of programmes freezing when trying to watch them-annoying.
Is anyone else having similar problems?
I was thinking of phoning Virgin and asking them for more details, but I just know they are not going to have a clue and will just spout the usual platitudes at me.
Anyone who can tell me more, please do!

A whole TWO DAYS? How will you live?
(2012/13...we had no landline phone and broadband for seven weeks.)
...and that was over Christmas and New Year.
It's been showing as virgin fault since last Friday. I've been on their website and it just shows they are aware and engineers are dealing with it. Originally showed that it was going to be resolved by Tuesday (yesterday). Just keeps saying on my tv msg that some services are limited due to known fault. I must admit I haven't called them yet as haven't got spare half hour to be hanging on phone with them just for them to say .. turn box off and on again... wait... oh yeah we're aware of the fault and engineers trying to resolve it!!

MustangLady,I know exactly what you mean.My main worry was we just upgraded from 30Mbps to 60 and thought the fault was cos of that!I think the fault will drive me mad though, not cos of the service,I'm not too bothered at the mo,but cos of Hubby moaning about not being able to play on the PS3 online.....at least it keeps him quiet when its working properly! lol

Now might be a good time to start reading all the books I bought myself to cheer myself up!
Virgin TV. Is that one who has never worn ladies clothes before ?
