Twitchy Tummy ?

Occasionally I get a twitchy nerve either in my arms or legs , I can see the pulse ' jump ' for better way of trying to explain it ! It is not painful, more irritating. Now for the last few days I have been feeling a similar sensation in my abdomen and it is most odd. Not painful , quicker than a normal nerve pulse thingy. Anybody else had this in their tummy ? Will it go as quick as it came ?

I get this quite a lot and link it to either stress or bad diet. I have nerves in my hands/fingers which I can see pulsing and twitching under the skin as well as fingers and thumbs which twitch uncontrollably. I also get a vibrating sensation all over when half asleep in early mornings. I have managed to get rid of it and also had it come back- and can only think that I get it more when either anxious or when I have eaten food that disagrees with me.
No big deal. It is involuntary contraction of a few isolated muscle fibres.
If you want to impress the neighbours then Google Benign Fasiculation Syndrome..................if it were me, i wouldn't bother.
