No idea if this is the correct area to put this question but, is it possible for a gas-lift typist chair to be be 're-gassed' so the hight can again be adjusted? Any help greatly appreciated, thanks.

I have a very expensive gas lift chair and it cost £40 for a new gas cylinder and fitting - it was also a 'stronger' type than the original. Where in the UK are you?

If it were possible it would cost more than a new chair.

Try these people for a start

Oops, that was the ex - VAT site, so they are not really as cheap as they appear.

This is the one with VAT added
