is this possible? It's my first smart phone and i don't know much about them. My beautiful daughter took it and chucked it on the floor and now the screen has about 5 cracks. If it is poss, how much approx will it cost?

The crazy thing is that although i have phone insurance, they won't replace it with the same phone
