The price is not inclusive of VAT and no mention of it until you pay and has no VAT number. This price should not be advertised to the public without inclusive VAT. Trading Standards would be interested. Beware!
Maybe they know a way to get around that too

Don't pay the government or police for your own digressions....buy this book at over 18 quid.

A free way to avoid the fines is to drive properly.

It might be good but I don't pay anyone additional VAT unless it's mentioned and they are entitled to it with a registration number and/or it is included, that's the rules. I upset a solicitor once who tried to charge VAT without doing this. Ooophs, how good was he?
Can I suggest that if you want to make use of lacunas in the law, don't purchase a crappy con book like this that is probably out of date. Get hold of a copy of something like 'Butterworths Police Law' - explains what the law is, how it should be applied and how not to apply it - You can make use of this information as you see fit - I can guarantee that the information will be far better, and be in much greater detail.
I had a reply from them saying they don't charge VAT but their payment processor did??????????

If you want to contest a speeding ticket in court it will cost around 1500 in costs!

Even though speed scameras have been proved to be inaccurate and do not save lives you don't really have a choice, you just have to pay up.
