I've got a second hard drive in my pc and have just noticed that some of the folders are acting strangely - I can go into them, but after a few seconds they freeze and the only thing I can do is close Explorer using the task manager(which reports that Explorer is not responding). Could the folders be damaged?

One or more of the files in those effected folders is corupt and is freezing explorer. They need to be got rid of.

Cheers Skids - Thats what I thought too, but as it turns out it was a registry problem to do with the .avi files that were in the folders. All fixed now - Thanks for the reply.
