Scanner Problem

I am completing a form online and am asked to upload documents and scan them.. These documents are in hard copy form in my file. Is it possible fro me to scan these documents?

I think you're probably being asked to scan and upload rather than the other way around, that is, scan the document to make a soft copy (computer file) and then upload said file(s). If you haven't got a scanner you've got a problem, a copy shop or somesuch should be able to scan them and then either put them on a memory stick for you or even email them to you.
