greenhouse heater

i have been offered a calor gas heater, the big boxy ones that they use in offices, to heat my greenhouse. it is safe to use outside in the said greenhouse?

It is safe but probably too powerful as turned down to minimum they throw out a lot of heat.

forget it. Too hot. cost a fortune and the greenhouse itself will prolong the growing season plenty unless you intend to cultivate thru the winter. ok if you are keeping orchids alive!!!!

I think outdoor heaters should be banned personally.

i was going to use to to start my seedlings off early but will look for something else.
