Those on the bench injure posh queen manque and possible queen (10)?
The cryptic part of the clue eludes me. Judicata-tory, -ture, -tors all fit the definition.

I favour judicature (those on the bench) beginning with ju and ending with re (IN jure)

Posh = u but I cannot see the queen manque and possible queen.

di and cat I think are the two 'queens', so yes, it ends in -ure
Thanks, dzug, I thought Di could be the queen manque but was too thick to think to of cat=queen even though I knew that!!
