Hi,
Can i activate the trip computer on my 61 plate astra excite 1.7 CDTi as all i have at the moment is a total mileage and oil can on another menu.The LCD seems big enough and there is a menu button on the indicator stalk.Can someone please advise.

The excite is just an Exclusiv with a few extras (wheels, Bluetooth and some trim items) and the trip computer isn't standard on the Exclusiv, you have to go up to the SRi or SE for the trip computer to be standard.

So unless the trip computer was ordered as an option, you don't have it fitted.

Yes you can add the trip computer to the Astra J as i have done it for many people. check out my link and take the info to the dealer.
