Greetings each!

I have recently acquired a tower PC running WINXP-Pro. It has no serial or parallel ports, apart from the printer port, but instead has 5 USB ports.

Is there any way in which I can configure the thing to accept the hardware which I have been using in these ports on my old machine, please?

Cheers.

The belcom USB - serial adaptor will probably do the job but it looks too sophisticated and probably too expensive for your needs. USB - serial or USB Parrallel converter cables are common and reasonably cheap. Ask at your local computer component store.
