Morning lardy - hope you managed some sleep/rest last night as, from experience, the night-time can be the worst for the brain wandering.

Do you have a friend/relative that you could go out for lunch with today....something to help distract you and a positive that life goes on? If I was near you (can't remember where you are located), I would take you out...maybe there is an ABer nearby.

Morning DTC. Daughter has contacted me again this morning to see if I am alright. Didn't sleep much, obviously. Not up for lunch/socialising today as I look/feel like cr@p but will try and eat something in a bit, although Im not hungry.
